Bigun’s Game Day Parmesan Tator Tots

INGREDIENTS
Frozen Tator Tots – your favorite brand
Granny’s Bacon Drippings
Salt
Grated Parmesan Cheese

PREPARATION
Melt enough Granny’s Bacon Drippings to just cover the bottom of your saute pan (or non stick skillet).
Carefully add Tator Tots to the skillet- do not overcrowd the pan or they will be soggy.
Cook on medium to medium-low heat, turning as they begin to brown.
Remove from skillet onto a paper towel.
Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese just to coat.
Salt to taste.
Serve while still warm.

This recipe works really well with frozen meatballs too!
